Order
To complete an application you need to contact our operator in a convenient way for you:
by phone, via messengers, e-mail or place an order in the cart on our website.
Orders can be coordinated every day (from Monday to Sunday) seven days a week, from 10:00 to 17:00.
Delivery
"Express" delivery in Kyiv we provide on the day of order. "Express" delivery is carried out at taxi rates, within 90 minutes after placing and agreeing on the order with the operator. "Express" delivery is carried out to the address, delivery to the door +45 UAH.
Nova Poshta
Frozen juices are delivered in thermoboxes (+130 ₴) by Nova Poshta, which provide the optimal temperature regime for storing food.
Growing Microgreens are sent by Nova Poshta in boxes in multiples of 6 pieces.
Payment
Payment can be made in any way convenient for you:
By bank transfer - money transfer to the card, according to the invoice.
Minimum order amount from 600 ₴.
Refund & Return Policy
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", upon receipt of an order, you can always refuse any delivered goods.
Products of the superfresh group are checked in the presence of a courier. These include: fresh herbs, frozen witgrass juice. We ask you to carefully check the order upon receipt. If you believe that you have received products of inadequate quality, the goods can be returned.
Delivery and return of goods are paid by the customer.
Please note that when paying by credit card, the refund period depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card.
