Sprouts

Sprouts are seeds that have awakened to life, started to develop, and have produced their first sprout.
The seed itself is a kind of storage for all the nutrients needed for plant formation and growth in a preserved form.
During the sprouting process, these substances are converted into an active, easily digestible state: proteins turn into amino acids, carbohydrates into glucose, and fats into fatty acids. It is in this state that they are assimilated by humans. That is, the body does not need additional energy expenditures to assimilate sprouts.
